(1) Section 2 (c) is amended by the insertion of the words or Wales "after the word England in the second line thereof.

(2) Section 4 (1) is amended by the addition at the end thereof of the words or to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars ".
(1) The preamble is repealed.
(2) Section 2 (1), as amended by Ordinance
No. 4 of 1932, is amended:-
(i) by the repeal of the word "Society" in the third line thereof and the substitu- tion therefor of the words "Society known as the Po Leung Kuk";
(ii) by the insertion of the words “(here- inafter called the Society)" immediately after the word Kuk in the eighth line thereof.

(3) Section 8 is amended by the repeal of the word "thereof" in the seventh line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words
of such regulations ".
(4) Section 16 is repealed.
Section 2 is repealed and the following section
substituted therefor :-
"2. In this Ordinance, 'river steamer' has the same meaning as in the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899."
Sections 2 and 4 are repealed and the follow-
